Monica Lomeli helps companies overcome their business and operational issues through targeted digitalization solutions, providing value to the pharmaceutical and specialty chemicals industries. Prior to AspenTech, she worked in process engineering, combustion consulting, and her previous research focused on the development of bioderived chemicals. Her work has been cited more than 300 times.

Monica holds a BSc(Hons) in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana, a MSc(Hons) in Advanced Chemical Engineering from King Abdullah University of Science and Technology and a PhD from the University of Liverpool.
