Skip Maloney joined Aspen Technology in 2018 as Senior Vice President (SVP) and Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO). He is responsible for the development and engagement of the company’s diverse global workforce. Skip has more than 25 years of experience optimizing global workforce outcomes and leads the development of innovative and new talent management strategies at AspenTech.

Prior to joining the company, Skip served as CHRO at Netscout Systems, Inc., a $1.5B provider of application, network and cybersecurity performance management software. As CHRO, he designed and led the HR strategy for a 3,000+ employee global organization with offices in over 40 countries. He spearheaded the assimilation of teams and organizations from multiple acquisitions and led the development of an organizational design strategy that resulted in a more unified executive leadership team.

Skip was also previously VP of Human Resources at Lake Region Medical, where he was responsible for the overall HR strategy. He is a Certified Professional Executive Coach and graduate of Boston College, with an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Southern New Hampshire University.
