  CRM / Digital SystemsAre you interested in using digital technologies to transform the way businesses engage with their customers and how internal employees collaborate with each other?

We handle the design, architecture, and development of highly complex solutions to address business challenges and to provide exceptional service to our customers, both internal and external.

We are responsible for AspenTech’s CRM / digital systems, including AspenTech’s public website, support and training websites, Marketing and Sales automation tools, and Knowledge Delivery systems. We leverage the latest digital automation systems and platforms like Salesforce.com, Sitecore, and Microsoft cloud platforms for collaboration.

  Enterprise ApplicationsAre you interested in determining how corporate business applications should be deployed to streamline and enable best-practice business processes and workflows?

Our Enterprise Applications team is responsible for implementing and supporting solutions across the company’s ERP, HCM, and Business Intelligence platforms.

We focus on solving business problems and improving business processes via industry best practices and the efficient use of application technology.

  CybersecurityAre you interested in information security and figuring out the best ways to proactively identify threats and remediate security risks?

We value persistence in conducting investigations, managing risks, and accomplishing our security goals. We work in a collaborative environment where you can both educate others and learn from the team in the ever changing and challenging cyber security landscape. You will be interacting with all levels of the business, both within the IS team and with our internal customers to meet our business and security objectives.

  Infrastructure and Cloud ServicesAre you interested in determining how new disruptive technology will transform traditional IS infrastructure and services?

We are responsible for managing a hybrid environment, consisting of cloud services and on premise systems that provide critical services to our internal and external customers. The business relies heavily on this robust cloud, network, and end-user infrastructure.

We support highly mobile employees across the globe. This requires us to understand the business so we can stay one step ahead of their requirements. We must also stay up to date on the latest technologies and always strive to learn so we can act as trusted advisors to our internal and external customers.
